10 Annoying TV Characters

May 9, 2014 // 0 Comments

I recently wrote a post about the 15 most annoying celebrities.  The post looked at annoying celebrities that show up constantly on websites.  Some of them are bad people, some have no talent, and others were both. The thing is that list focused on actual people.  Today I want to look at 10 annoying TV characters that I’d like to see their character killed off.  Oh, and not kind of killed off in like a dream sequence or where no body was recovered.  No, this has to be an irreversible ...Click for More

We’ve got to hold on to what we’ve got it doesn’t make a difference If we make it or not We’ve got each other and that’s a lot for love we’ll give it a shot -Bon Jovi Happy Seis de Mayo!  According to trusty sources, Seis de Mayo is just as important a day as Cinco de Mayo.  Instead of celebrating Mexico’s ability to fend off the French invasion of the United States, we fend off hangovers and bad gas.  Let me ask a rhetorical question here: is ...Click for More

Poor Courtney Thorne Smith

May 2, 2014 // 0 Comments

I don’t take joy in the fact that I have to write this blog post about poor Courtney Thorne Smith.  Many of you may not even be aware that something happened to her.  But it did. What am I talking about?  Let’s take a look at who she’s “dated” on TV during her career. All the way back in 1992 when we were introduced to a young fresh faced University of Wisconsin grad Allison Parker who just moved into Melrose Place.  For five years Allison struggled with dating ...Click for More

15 Most Annoying Celebs

May 1, 2014 // 0 Comments

As a whole we love celebrities.  At last count there were 4,937,343,091 plus or minus websites devoted to celebrity goings on.  Whose wearing it best, how small is her bikini, is Rihanna wearing a shirt, and is she a lesbian are all questions we want answered every day. Still, when you read as many articles as we do over here, it seems that certain celebrities are everywhere despite them not having done anything or have over-extended their welcome.  For example, other than making a few sex ...Click for More

New Show Idea

April 29, 2014 // 0 Comments

Two of my favorite sitcoms right now are are The Goldbergs and Surviving Jack.  One is set in the 80’s and the other is set in the 90’s.  Both shows play off the period while not making it the sole focus of the show. What both shows really do well is use music to backup their story.  I’ve talked about my love of the music on The Goldberg’s before.  Now Surviving Jack, which is set in the 90’s is killing it as well. During a scene where the teenage boys had just ...Click for More

Even though we just got another 2 inches of snow here in Chicago on Monday, we are getting ever so much closer to golf season.  While we are usually an all things TV related blog, sometimes we like to cover other topics. We are just a bunch of guys and Midwest Mark after all over here.  If we want to talk sports we’re going to talk sports.  Oh, and if we want to call golf a sport, we’re going to do that as well. It’s that time again for us to finally get around to answering questions from our loyal fans.  As a reminder, we are not medical professionals and some of the questions we get have us concerned to a point that you should actually seek professional help. I know we search the web daily and see hundreds if not thousands of pictures, but honestly we don’t know if that growth is infected.  Get it looked at. With that, here is viewer mail for April… Renee Flexbone from Duluth, MN ...Click for More
